I know what it’s like to feel horrible from food sensitivities and understand it’s my body’s chemistry reacting to the food I’ve given it.

Countless times, I have held back tears at restaurants when I didn’t see a thing on their menu that I could eat.

So…I altered the way I cook and eat to avoid the inflammation, bloat and weight retention that come from eating what my body deems as unhealthy for itself. And from the change, I am well on my way in my personal food journey to the best health I can have. 

At The Travelling Café, our belief is that food is either neutral to your body, very beneficial (medicinal), or poisonous. That belief is one of the values behind what we do.
