This glorious mountainous country with all of its cold weather and farmland, lends itself perfectly to hearty winter food fare. And this is what you will be creating in this class with your Instructor Merrill Gates’ coaching. A pasta laden with meat, onion, and cheese, a gigantic potato pancake at its finest, a bit of fresh with a salad and homemade dressing, and top it off sweet pears smothered in your typical melted chocolate.
