Southern Seasonal: Valentine Dinner Party

This multi-chef event is a series of seasonal demonstration cooking classes featuring former instructors and managers of the Southern Season Cooking School of Chapel Hill. Some of the crew is reuniting to reminisce about their time at Southern Season and share their favorite winter dinner party dishes with you. This class promises a fun time as the ladies share the food and atmosphere reminiscent of A Southern Season.

A Southern Season was a beloved, high-tier specialty grocery store and shopping destination in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, founded in 1975, that included a well-known cooking school.

• Roasted Root Vegetable Galatte
• Pork Tenderloin with Brandy Apples and Fennel served with Asparagus Bundles
• Winter Pavlovas with Pistachio Brittle, Pomegranate and Orange Mascarpone

FAQ

This cooking class is located at the chef’s home studio kitchen in Chapel Hill, NC. Ticket-holders will be notified via email after ticket purchase.  The class and the space are very informal. Relax and make yourself comfortable. Our classes are always full of tips, tricks, multiple recipes, and DELICIOUS food.

HAVE FUN! Relax and have fun. Enjoy the food, learning and interaction! Some of our happiest memories are when guests who met as strangers exchange contact information and leave as friends!  See you at the class!

We know life happens. If something comes up after you purchase your ticket, the following policies apply:

• More than 7 days prior to the event, you can receive a full refund, a credit or transfer.
• Less than 7 days prior, you can receive a credit or transfer.
• 2 days or less prior to the event, you can receive a transfer only.

When you purchase a ticket, please share your first name and any guests’ first names so that we can have name tags ready for the class.

Also, indicate any dietary restrictions or anything you’d like the Chef to know prior to class (birthdays, etc.).
