Oktoberfest – Oompah! Get ready to polka your way into German culinary cheer! Join Kim for a festive, hands-on celebration of Oktoberfest’s most delicious dishes. We’ll skip the flight to Munich and dive straight into making hearty, traditional favorites from scratch. You will learn how to twist the bretzel served with creamy Obatzada cheese spread, pan-fry a crispy Jagger Schnitzel (pork), and create tender Spaetzle and sweet-and-sour Rotkohl. We’ll finish with the classic autumnal treat, Bratapfel (baked apples). Bring your appetite and wear your lederhosen!

The class and the space are very informal. Relax and make yourself comfortable. Our classes are always full of tips, tricks, multiple recipes, and DELICIOUS food.

HAVE FUN!  Enjoy the food, learning and interaction! Some of our happiest memories are when guests who met as strangers exchange contact information and leave as friends!  See you at the class!

Cancellation Policy:

We know life happens. If something comes up after you purchase your ticket, the following policies apply:

• More than 7 days prior to the event, you can receive a full refund, a credit or transfer.
• Less than 7 days prior, you can receive a credit or transfer.
• 2 days or less prior to the event, you can receive a transfer only.

When you purchase a ticket, please share your first name and any guests’ first names so that we can have name tags ready for the class.

Also, indicate any dietary restrictions or anything you’d like the Chef to know prior to class (birthdays, etc.).
