Come think outside the box with us with a focus on using meats, veggies, and fruits in out of the ordinary ways that your taste-buds will be tickled over. The Garden to Table series with Instructor Merrill Gates, focuses on turning seasonal produce into creative and delicious delicacies. February’s class will be geared towards using up all the produce you have been storing before it goes bad, namely that garlic and those potatoes! Come prepared to enjoy an evening of cooking, wining, and dining; get your tickets quickly!
