Indonesia’s picturesque beaches and its tropical flora and fauna are only the beginning of what makes it alluring…its food is a gastronomic marvel! And your Instructor Merrill Gates, who lived in the Indonesian capital, is here to bring the delicacies of this far off land to you. This class will give you, and your taste-buds, a sample of the real deal Indonesian food fare, via an Indonesian spread: soup, a main dish, bread, and dessert. Be sure to be there!
