Come join us for the next in the Travelling through Italy series!! Calabria Italy, or the “Toe of the Boot,” boasts large number of beaches, small villages, archaeological parks and ancient castles. It’s cuisine is a blast of Mediterranean flavors, a variety of meats, veggies, pastas and fruits. Your Instructor Daniela claims roots in this very region of Italy and thus is very excited to bring you the culinary delights from her area for you to plunge your hands into, feast your eyes on, and then devour!
