The Travelling Café Culinary Studio
Come join us for the next in the Travelling through Italy series!! Calabria Italy, or the “Toe of the Boot,” boasts large number of beaches, small villages, archaeological parks and ancient castles. It’s cuisine is a blast of Mediterranean flavors, a variety of meats, veggies, pastas and fruits. Your Instructor Daniela claims roots in this very region of Italy and thus is very excited to bring you the culinary delights from her area for you to plunge your hands into, feast your eyes on, and then devour! Aren’t you game! Grab those tickets and become able to re-create these amazing dishes from the comfort of your own home.

Pasta mbruscinata ~ baked pasta dish made with baby meatballs, peas, ham and eggs
For dessert tortufo di pizzo ~ balls of gelato dipped in a chocolate shell and rolled in cocoa
When you purchase ticket(s), please share your first name and any guests’ first names so we can have name tags ready.

DIRECTIONS: If you come through the traffic circle on 15/501 toward Sanford, our building is the large brick building on the right, between the Fire Station and the Circle K Gas Station.
This is a hands-on class. Wear comfortable shoes and come prepared to cook! The class and the space are very informal. Relax and make yourself comfortable. Our classes are always full of tips, tricks, multiple recipes, and DELICIOUS food.
If you are unable to make it to class, please let us know. More than 7 days: Cancellations made more than seven (7) days prior to class receive full refund, or you may choose to have credit applied to a future class of your choice. Please state your preference in your email. Between 2-7 days: Cancellations less than seven (7) days but more than two (2) days prior to class will have credit applied to a future class of your choice. Less than 2 days: Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the class start time receive no refund or credit. Ingredients have been purchased, chef and staff booked, and preparations made based on your attendance. You of course may send a substitute in your place, please advise us of a name change so we can adjust the roster.
PARKING: WHEN YOU GET HERE, park on the LEFT side of the building, in the lot close to the gas station, and walk around the BACK of the building. Our entrance is at the top of the handicap ram
