FAQ:

This is a demonstration cooking class where the chef demonstrates how to cook a specific dish in front of the class. We provide all the ingredients and tools you need, so sit back, relax and make yourself comfortable. ​​Our classes are always full of tips, tricks, multiple recipes, and DELICIOUS food.


If you are unable to make it to class, please let us know.More than 7 days: Cancellations made more than seven (7) days prior to classreceive full refund, or you may choose to have credit applied to a future class of your choice. Please state your preference in your email. Between 2-7 days: Cancellations less than seven (7) days but more than two (2) days prior to class will have credit applied to a future class of your choice. Less than 2 days: Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the class start time receive no refund or credit. Ingredients have been purchased, chef and staff booked, and preparations made based on your attendance. You of course may send a substitute in your place, please advise us of a name change so we can adjust the roster.
