Cancellation/Substitution Policy

If you are unable to make it to class, please let us know.

CANCELLATION POLICY

More than 7 days: Cancellations made more than seven (7) days prior to class receive a full refund, or you may choose to have a credit applied to a future class of your choice. Please state your preference in your email.

Between 2-7 days: Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the class can either transfer their ticket to someone else or receive a credit for a future class. 

Less than 2 days: No refunds are available, as we've already purchased ingredients, chef and staff have been booked, and preparations made based on attendance. You may still send someone in your place, just please advise us of the name change so we can adjust the roster and prepare a name tag.

What to expect

This is a hands-on cooking class. Wear comfortable, close-toed shoes, tie long hair back, and come prepared to cook. The class and the space are very informal. Relax and make yourself comfortable. Our classes are always full of tips, tricks, multiple recipes, and DELICIOUS food.
