Do you or a family member have food sensitivities? I do as well. I know what it’s like to feel horrible and know it’s because of my body’s chemistry reacting to the food I’ve given it. I have held back tears at countless restaurants when I didn’t see a thing on their menu that I could eat. I have successfully altered the way I cook and eat to avoid the inflammation, bloat and weight retention that come from eating what my body deems as unhealthy for itself. I am well on my way in my personal food journey to the best health I can have.
