The Travelling Café Culinary Studio
Indonesia is well off the beaten path, making its cuisine one that might as well be called hidden treasure. Rich flavor combinations and the use of local ingredients make for unique and delicious dishes. Spices, peanut sauces, greens, flavored meat, fried tofu & tempeh, and exotic fruits are the basics – just to get your mouth watering. Come join us, and let your taste-buds travel for you as you work together with our instructor, Merrill Gates, in making the Indonesian delights that allured her to live in this far off land!
MENU:
Rendang (caramelized spiced beef)
