The Travelling Café Culinary Studio
We are very excited that Chef Jess from The Running Fork (www.therunningfork.com) will be bringing her expertise to the Travelling Café. Jess specializes in bringing health to the table, and is another avid farm-to-tabler. With a culinary degree, plus experience from childhood on, you will be in good hands as you begin to become confident with, or maybe fine tune your Thanksgiving serving skills. With her own spin on Thanksgiving basics, and techniques for keeping your dishes top quality, this is a class you will want to have in your repertoire.

Roasted Turkey Breast Roulade with an Apple, Herb and Onion Stuffing and Pan Gravy
Cauliflower, Sausage and Herb Dressing
Maple Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Roasted Butternut Squash Mash
Ginger Apple Torte with Cinnamon Whipped Cream
DIRECTIONS: If you come through the traffic circle on 15/501 toward Sanford, our building is the large brick building on the right, between the Fire Station and the Circle K Gas Station.
This is a hands-on class. Wear comfortable shoes and come prepared to cook! The class and the space are very informal. Relax and make yourself comfortable. Our classes are always full of tips, tricks, multiple recipes, and DELICIOUS food.

PARKING: WHEN YOU GET HERE, park on the LEFT side of the building, in the lot close to the gas station, and walk around the BACK of the building. Our entrance is at the top of the handicap ramp.
