What better time of year to enjoy the harvest than the fall?!? North Carolina is teeming with fresh produce and the ingredients are changing just enough to keep your taste-buds interested. Our Garden to Table series is designed to keep you engaged with your garden (or shopping seasonally). No need to run out of creative recipes, with so much to work with!! This class will focus on Butternut Squash, and the Cauliflower and Arugula that is coming back in season for round #2! You won’t want to miss these unique recipes your Instructor Merrill Gates has planned, or the fresh local lamb involved!

Berries with Maple Syrup and Crème Fraîche
DIRECTIONS: If you come through the traffic circle on 15/501 toward Sanford, our building is the large brick building on the right, between the Fire Station and the Circle K Gas Station.
This is a hands-on class. Wear comfortable shoes and come prepared to cook! The class and the space are very informal. Relax and make yourself comfortable. Our classes are always full of tips, tricks, multiple recipes, and DELICIOUS food.

PARKING: WHEN YOU GET HERE, park on the LEFT side of the building, in the lot close to the gas station, and walk around the BACK of the building. Our entrance is at the top of the handicap ramp.
