The Travelling Café Culinary Studio
History doesn’t get richer, nor food more eclectic than in the heart of Israel, Jerusalem. Pull from the many places Israeli’s ancestors have lived, add a Middle Eastern flair, and you have the delicacies and flavors that someone might eat there daily. Chef Bruce will bring the capability of experiencing authentic Israeli food to your fingertips in this special Friday Date Night class. Come join us, and L’Chaim!
Bourekas (cheese turnovers with sesame)
Grilled eggplant with buttermilk sauce
Chicken tagine with olives and preserved lemons
