Summers in France are picturesque, and so is the cuisine. Meals are often eaten outdoors, enjoying the weather and the views, and the food is designed to beat the heat. This Date Night class with Chef Bruce is on target for enjoying these same specialties on this side of the Atlantic, and perfect for learning what to make if you want to add French-style summer cooking to your skill set. Come make sweet…and savory ;)… memories with us by participating in this specialized class.
MENU
Olive and goat cheese palmiers
Cold Vichyssoise (leek and potato soup) with herb cream
French savory tarts – Pissaladière and Tarte Flambee
